Responsibilities
Business Revenue- Weightage- 75%
Strategy – Zone Level
- Participate and contribute in developing and implementing Strategy for meeting Business Targets at a Zone level for OEM sales.
- Help develop and implement Strategy to capture new business market/ industries/regions etc
- Help develop and implement a strategy to leverage the existing range of products to increase ticket size
- Participate in creating and building the brand in the market.
Execution- Zone Level
- Managing the business performance of the zones through a team of capable team members. – Consistently Achieve Sales Targets, Payments, New Business, and Customer Satisfaction milestones
- Direct responsibility for building the sales and support team in the zone
- Ensuring customer satisfaction index is maintained at required benchmarks across zones throughout Pan- India
- Monitor and ensure daily reviews happen and reports are circulated in order to monitor teams and their performance.
- Review of performance periodically and staying hands-on with real-time progress of the team in the zone on a daily basis
- Ensuring 100% adoption of the sales force and contributing towards streamlining the sales processes and reporting.
- Ensuring a structured and system-driven forecasting for products is followed one which is accurate and aligned with procurement and supply chain
- Collaborate with OEM’s on specifications required of products and collaborate with the manufacturing division from time to time
- Collaborate with internal procurement team for sourcing products- rate negotiation and other assistance required from time to time.
- Participating in daily reviews and circulating reports to HO to track personal performance
- Following internal sales processes & protocols diligently
- Ensuring Team follows internal policies and processes set in the organization- discipline, expense claims, etc
- Be the planner and influencer for any sales related change in the zone
- Provide technical assistance and problem solving- Acting as a guide and problem solver for the team related to product sales.
- Ensuring all marketing initiatives are supported and fully leveraged by the team in the zones. – Planning who attends which promotion/sales events and exhibitions.
Team Mgmt;
- Play an active role in building the organization SalesForce – both in recruitment and skill-building
- Ensuring attrition in the team is at expected % and teams stay motivated
- To support L&D by nominating team members regularly for training initiatives introduced at different levels – entry/ refresher/ new product/ soft skills.
- Play an active role in performance appraisal of the team and managing expectations
- Motivate the team and mitigate cross-functional conflicts to build a healthy and extremely result-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Engineers / MBA / Any Graduates or Post Graduates.
